The website www.aroma-eshop.com (hereinafter
called “aroma-eshop”) and the www.aroma-eshop.gr (domain
name), that redirects the user to the previous site, is the online presentation
and marketing web store for the products of the Greek Sosiété Anonyme “PLATON
SA”, located in Athens (VAT Number: 094352367 / Tax Office: ΦΑΕ Athens).
Before entering the aroma-eshop and sending your
order, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions which apply
specifically to the use of this site.
All users entering and using the services of the
aroma-eshop are deemed to consent and accept the conditions set forth herein,
without exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, he/she should
neither use aroma-eshop nor conclude any transaction through this website.
Sending your order implies acceptance of this
Agreement and all terms contained herein.
Orders
Your order is deemed to have been received by PLATON
S.A. as soon as you receive a relevant notification to the e-mail address
and/or telephone that you enter in your order. During the processing of each
registered order the availability of ordered stock products is also confirmed.
The company PLATON SA is obliged to inform in time in
case of unavailability or change in the shipping time of order.
The prices of various available products through
aroma-eshop include the legal VAT.
The prices of the products listed on the aroma-eshop
can change at any time without notice but with no value on orders that are
already registered. The listed product prices are for purchases only through
the aroma-eshop.
The various product offers that are posted in
aroma-eshop apply only to orders placed through the aroma-eshop even if the
product is received from the company’s physical store and while stocks last. If
a small or limited supply of product is placed at a discount price, PLATON SA
retains the reasonable right to execute the orders on the basis of satisfying
the largest possible number of customers and to prioritize orders in order of
receiving.
PLATON SA tries to ensure you high quality products
and services, however, and in good faith, is not responsible and is not bound
for any mistakes or errors in information, features or photos and prices of
products appearing on the aroma-eshop and can not ensure that there are no
errors due to any cause when entering and/or updating a product data. If you
are aware of any errors or mistakes in the description of a product, before
proceed with your order, please contact the company’s phone no 210 5200091 int.

The client should have entered the data required for
the purposes of identification (name, address, e-mail address, telephone
number) and also login information (email) and personal security password, when
wishing to maintain orders’ historical data file.
PLATON SA reserves the right to register the
customer’s personal information (excluding the secret security Password) in
order to enable itself to inform its customers of its products without abusing
this right. PLATON SA guarantees the retention of these data and undertakes non
disclosure to third parties.
You are solely responsible for the selection of a
product and for its suitability for the purposes or the applications for which
you have chosen it.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any stage of completion
and within 24 hours of receiving it, by calling us at 210 5200091 int. 110 and
thereafter reconfirming this by sending an e-mail to info@aroma-eshop.com.
Order delivery and product ownership
Products can be sent anywhere within the Greek
territory. The products will be sent to the address you have indicated in the
Order Form.
Costs and way of shipping relate to the customer.
PLATON SA is not bound to transport costs imposed by each transportation
company even if there is information on the shipping costs of a particular
company through the aroma-eshop. These data belong to the transport companies
without binding PLATON SA.
PLATON SA will make every effort to send you the
products within 3-7 business days (from Monday to Friday). For products which
are not available at the time of order processing, PLATON SA will inform you
whether the product is available again and about the new delivery time. In such
a case the customer is bound by the decision to keep the order on hold until
its execution or cancel the unavailable product and receive reimbursement equal
to the product’s value.
The ownership of the Product is transferred after its
full repayment.

METHOD OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
1. ELTA COURIER DOOR-TO-DOOR
i) Free shipping when the parcel is less than 3 kg and
over €60.
ii) Shipping costs €3.5 + cash on delivery costs €1.5
(total €6), when the package is under 3 kg and under €60
iii) For more than 3 kilos, 1.5€ is added to the
shipping costs for each additional kilo, cash on delivery costs remain 1.5€.
When payment is made by credit card or bank
transfer, the cash on delivery costs of €1.5 are not calculated.
Note :
The DOOR - DOOR service distributes the products from
CITY to CITY and delivers them to the recipient's address. For deliveries to
villages, the recipient will be notified by the post office of his area for the
receipt of the parcel.

Single charge of €3 throughout Greece, for all parcels
that are less than 20 kg.
With BOXNOW you no longer have to wait to receive your
parcel, it is waiting for you.
Pick up any time you want: VOH NOW Lockers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Collection from our physical store (PLATON SA - Anaxagoras 9 Athens) without shipping costs - cash on delivery
In case you choose to pick up from the store, we will
notify you by email or phone to let you know when your order is ready for
delivery.
Your order will remain in the store for 10 days before canceled.
4.
With a carrier or courier of your choice,
With this shipping method, our company does not charge costs (shipping and cash on delivery) and does not take responsibility for delivery and any other problems that arise during the transfer of the parcel.
5. Upon consultation by phone with our representative for the shipping method. Choose this method when the parcel is large enough and/or you are not satisfied with any of the above methods.
Force Majeure
PLATON SA is not responsible for delays in performance
(including delivery) due to circumstances not attributable to the fault of
PLATON SA or due to force majeure and will be entitled to a prolongation of
time for execution. Examples could be strikes, terroristic acts, war, problems
of suppliers / transport / production, currency fluctuations, governmental or
legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 2
months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
Withdrawal - Product Returns - Consumer Rights
You have the right to return the products you
bought by filling out the form, which you will find in the menu of your account

RETURNS
Returns are accepted provided that you contacted the
same day or the next business day with PLATON SA at 210 5200091
The returned product must be in the same condition in
which you received it, ie without unsealing or tampering with the packaging, as
before just selling it, in its full original packaging as delivered to you by
the transport company
In order for the return to be accepted, the original
purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who
originally purchased the product and whose details are printed on the purchase
document.
If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a refund in cash or by credit of an account that he will notify to PLATON SA. The customer's refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product. If the purchase was made with a credit card, a transaction will be canceled and a corresponding update (credit) of his credit card will be made and not a refund of cash.
