Pricing policy of various shipping methods

1. ELTA COURIER DOOR-TO-DOOR

i) Free shipping when the parcel is less than 3 kg and over €60.

ii) Shipping costs €3.5 + cash on delivery costs €2.5 (total €6), when the package is under 3 kg and under €60

iii) For more than 3 kilos, 1.5€ is added to the shipping costs for each additional kilo, cash on delivery costs remain 2.5€.

When payment is made by credit card or bank transfer, the cash on delivery costs of €2.5 are not calculated.

2. BOXNOW

With BOXNOW you no longer have to wait to receive your parcel, it is waiting for you.

Receive it at any time: BOX NOW Lockers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Greece: Single charge of €3 for all parcels up to 20 kg.

Cyprus: Charge of €10 for parcels up to 5 kg, and charge of €15 for parcels up to 20 kg.

Bulgaria: Charge of €8 for parcels up to 5 kg, and charge of €10 for parcels up to 20 kg.

3. Collection from our physical store (PLATON SA - Anaxagoras 9 Athens) without shipping costs - cash on delivery

4. With a carrier or courier of your choice, shipping costs are borne by the customer and our company bears no responsibility for them.

5. Upon consultation by phone with our representative for the shipping method. Choose this method when the parcel is large enough and/or you are not satisfied with any of the above methods.
