Our company has been active for decades in the import and trade of frankincense, always choosing the best qualities from the most reliable producers. Our many years of experience and the continuous search for quality raw materials are reflected in the quality of the products we offer to our customers.

For retail sale, frankincense is ground on our own machines and packaged in the form of a fine powder (pulp), so that it is immediately ready for use.We would like to inform our customers that, due to the high content of frankincense in natural aromatic resins, it is possible that during storage or transportation, the powder may agglomerate and the product may acquire a more compact or "hard" form. This phenomenon is observed mainly during the summer months, when high temperatures soften the natural resins of frankincense, resulting in the small particles of the powder sticking together. This is a completely normal phenomenon, which is an indication of the freshness and high content of aromatic resins in the product.

In the event of agglomeration, the product can return to its original form by breaking the agglomerated parts. This is a natural characteristic of fresh frankincense with a high content of aromatic resins and is not an indication of deterioration or degradation of its quality.

The tendency to agglomerate could be limited through special treatment or drying of the product. However, such a process would remove part of the natural resins that give frankincense its rich aroma and special organoleptic characteristics. For this reason, we choose to keep the product as natural and unaltered as possible, offering the authentic quality that characterizes it.

The possible clumping or hardening of ground frankincense, especially during the summer months, is not a deterioration or defect of the product, but a natural characteristic of high-quality frankincense rich in natural aromatic resins.
