Pricing policy of various shipping methods
1. ELTA COURIER DOOR-TO-DOOR
i) Free shipping when the parcel is less than 3 kg and over €60.
ii) Shipping costs €3.5 + cash on delivery costs €2.5 (total €6), when the package is under 3 kg and under €60
iii) For more than 3 kilos, 1.5€ is added to the shipping costs for each additional kilo, cash on delivery costs remain 2.5€.
When payment is made by credit card or bank transfer, the cash on delivery costs of €2.5 are not calculated.
We would like to inform you that from 06/07/26 the period of stay of courier items is set from 15 calendar days to 7 calendar days.
However, we would like to point out that the 7 calendar days of stay will count from the day of the first delivery attempt, not from the arrival

Bulgaria: Charge of €8 for parcels up to 5 kg, and charge of €10 for parcels up to 20 kg.

4. With a carrier or courier of your choice, shipping costs are borne by the customer and our company bears no responsibility for them.
